Delivery & Returns
Our online store is still open with orders being processed Monday-Friday. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure safety and timely delivery of orders.
Due to an increase in online order volumes, our courier services are experiencing a delay with delivery. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Bear with us, we promise it'll be worth the wait!
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to COVID-19, due to weather, or due to other Australia Post or Sendle delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and so we follow Victorian Public Holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Free standard delivery within Australia for orders totalling over $55! All others orders are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Aside from Australia, we now ship to New Zealand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom! On occasion, we can ship to other countries at the customer's expense. If this is something you are interested in please get in touch.
I've received my order but there's an issue, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with information and/or images detailing the issue and we will be in touch.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
If your product has been damaged during transit or you have notified us of an issue, we will let you know once we’ve received your request, and advise whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For this reason, we do not accept returns due to 'change of mind'. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer exchanges at this time
Can I change my address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
Can I send an eco candle anywhere in Australia?
Western Australia and Tasmania have quarantine regulations which control the entry of seeds (and other potential bio-security hazards). WA and TAS are subject to conforming to WA and Tas documentation requirements and being appropriate seeds.
Before sending or ordering our eco candles to either WA or TAS, we recommend you check with your local biosecurity laws and let quarantine know. There might be additional inspection charges for WA.
Our cards only contain the Brachyscome iberidifolia (Swan River Daisy), which is orginally native to WA.
Soy & Seed Natural Candles are accompanied by a seeded card. If you are unsure whether our product complies with your local biosecurity laws, please request that we post your order without the seeded card by leaving us a note at checkout.
Overseas and Biosecurity
When sending your eco candles internationally you must always check the region's bio security laws and let quarantine know. Many countries have documentation requirements for any plant matter such as seeds. Soy & Seed Natural Candles are accompanied by a seeded card. If you are unsure whether our product complies with your local biosecurity laws, please request that we post your order without the seeded card by leaving us a note at checkout.
